A sea of smiles awaited Shrewsbury Governors Carla Howarth and John Clark, as they journeyed back onto campus for the first time in almost three years on 2nd March following the withdrawal of a mask mandate just 24 hours earlier.

The arrival of the Year of the Rabbit was marked by a celebration of colour and culture, as students took to the stage, visited a pop-up flower market and celebrated success through the identification of competition winners over the course of three busy days, prior to the early arrival of a week-long mid-term break.

Following a review of over 300 submissions for the Shrewsbury International Asia (SIA) Chinese Speech Competition, results were announced in each category at the end of last week.

With up to 30% time saved on a single school bus journey, the opening of the Cross Bay Link Bridge in Tseung Kwan O on 11th December has revolutionised travel in the area and vastly improved access to Shrewsbury to families living on Hong Kong Island.
